When my son Daniel Mauricio suffered the tragic accident, I felt like I was dying with him, everything for me was absolute loneliness. I felt support and accompaniment when I joined the Los Angeles Touch Foundation, who opened their doors and their hearts to me, Mothers and Fathers who understood my pain and helped me transform it into love, to be resilient and learn to give my testimony to help other parents who are going through the same path that I once went through. In honor and for the love of my beloved son, I thank the helping hand that supported me in the hardest moments.
I am currently a member of the foundation's board of directors, serving as a member.
